Ministry Fundraising Form

Todd and Amanada Shroats have generously made the equipment from their rental store available to the church for fundraising. If you would like to use their equipment, fill out this form to send your request to them. Bear in mind that equipment may already be committed to a customer or another ministry. Also, if you need any of these items for personal use, we encourage you to offer them your business.
